Hotel Equities, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Corporate Regional Controller to join our team. This full-time, remote role reports to the Corporate Office in Alpharetta, GA and oversees multi-property hotel accounting.

You will lead month-end closings, financial statement prep, bank reconciliations, tax returns, and cash management while using NetSuite, Profitsword, and various PMS systems. Ideal candidates have multi-property accounting experience, strong analytical and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• NetSuite, Profitsword and multiple hotel PMS systems strongly preferred.
• Experience with financial statement preparation.
• 20% travel.
• Multi-property experience.
• Good judgement and decision making.
• Ability to manage financials and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid project management skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Take point with end of month closings.
• Oversee hotel accounting across multiple properties.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Review invoices and prepare check runs.
• Manage cash flow and tax returns (sales/hotel taxes, etc.).
• Use M3 accounting system to record and reconcile data.
• Handle owner and property requests as needed.
