Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Account Manager II to drive revenue growth in the Hospitality sector. You will call on new and existing accounts, execute sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships to support Honeywell's leadership in Hospitality solutions.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and a willingness to travel up to 50%. The position offers an annual base salary range of $95,000 to $108,000, with incentive eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Security, Access Controls or Building Automation or Building Management or Energy Management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quota and other key performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership
• Minimum of 50% travel
