Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Regional Director of Hospitality for the Atlantic Region. The role oversees the operational performance of designated resort associations, including hospitality operations, board relations, budgeting, and strategic direction across departments.

The position partners with the Regional VP of Hospitality and board leadership to drive owner and guest satisfaction, achieve budgetary goals, and ensure standards of excellence across all Resorts in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry/job-related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in multi-site hotel, resort, or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Represents Capital Vacations in developing a Hospitality-first culture at all Resorts within designated region.
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the Resort Association’s Board of Directors.
• Increases personnel effectiveness through recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and as required, effective discipline; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Monitors and participates in, when necessary, personnel, owners and guest resolution of issues that are not being effectively handled by the resort general managers and department heads/managers.
• Represents Capital Vacations with the highest level of personal and professional integrity and character.
• Ensures completion of Reserve and extensive maintenance projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Develops long-term operational and reserve plans for Resorts which support the overall objectives of the Association and Capital Vacations.
