Qualifications

• Five–ten years hospitality leadership is required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business information.

Responsibilities

• Oversees concierge, housekeeping and property management operations.
• Maintains member satisfaction and high service standards.
• Manages budgets, inventories, and monthly reports.
• Supervises staff and vendor relationships on site.
• Coordinates with Real Estate and Corporate Office for standards.
