Job summary

Transitions Hospice - Corporate is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to develop, implement, and oversee education across our multistate organization. You'll travel to branches, support onboarding, close clinical practice gaps, and serve as a trusted resource for interdisciplinary teams.

BSN preferred with RN licensure; CHPN certification preferred. Requires 2+ years hospice experience and strong teaching, observation, and communication skills. Travel 75%+ and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure in primary state of assignment required, with ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• 5+ years of general nursing experience preferred; pain and symptom management experience a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of hospice experience required.
• Strong ability to teach, train, and mentor clinical staff across experience levels.
• Excellent observation, assessment, nursing judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary setting.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; travel 75%+ of the time.
