Transitions Hospice - Corporate is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to develop, implement, and oversee education across our multistate organization. You'll travel to branches, support onboarding, close clinical practice gaps, and serve as a trusted resource for interdisciplinary teams.
BSN preferred with RN licensure; CHPN certification preferred. Requires 2+ years hospice experience and strong teaching, observation, and communication skills. Travel 75%+ and competitive benefits.

Coverage Territory: Champaign, Haven and Springfield and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: $90,000 - $97,000 / year
