Job summary

JOL Healthcare seeks an experienced RN to lead Clinical Education & Onboarding for Home Health and Hospice teams. You will coordinate onboarding, deliver ongoing training, and validate competencies across disciplines. Travel to patient homes and offices for ride-alongs and in-person coaching is required.

The role focuses on clinical education, documentation standards, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with HR and leadership to ensure consistent onboarding and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license is required.
• Experience educating, mentoring, or training clinical staff is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and offices for ride-alongs and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and orientation for Home Health & Hospice staff.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and competency validation.
• Conduct monthly ride-alongs and in-person field training.
• Develop and deliver topic-based education; maintain training materials.
