CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive growth in healthcare software solutions. You will own the local territory, prospect face-to-face, and close deals with doctors and office managers.

Expect a base salary plus uncapped commission, a clear path into healthcare technology sales, and independence to build your pipeline while contributing to patient outcomes in a crisis-proof market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience.
• Comfortable with cold prospecting and door-to-door sales.
• Experience selling in healthcare, telecom, ISP, or related sectors is a plus.
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Proactively walk into doctor offices and clinics within your assigned territory.
• Generate leads through face-to-face prospecting and local market activity.
• Present and sell healthcare software solutions including RCM, billing/claims, and practice management.
• Educate physicians and office managers on how technology can improve workflows and revenue.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-up, and closing.
• Build and manage a strong local pipeline of new logo opportunities.
