ComoCare partners with federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) to provide integrated behavioral health care where the patient receives whole-person care in one setting. • Represent ComoCare at relevant healthcare association meetings, community events, and industry conferences., etc.
  • Coordinate a clear handoff to implementation and operations teams and remain engaged with partner stakeholders during launch.
