Job summary

BayMark Health Services, the nation's leading opioid treatment provider, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee treatment centers across Ohio and surrounding regions. You will serve as a business unit owner, supervising Treatment Center Directors and ensuring clinical, financial, and operational excellence.

The role requires 10+ years of healthcare mgmt, multisite leadership, and strong budgetary, regulatory, and people-management skills. Up to 75% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Ten years of healthcare management and operations experience
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment or outpatient services preferred
• Multisite operations experience and financial acumen
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and leadership teams
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet financial, clinical, and operational goals
• Monitor budgets and improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services
• Collaborate with national support to drive growth and care quality
• Coach and develop leaders and manage succession planning
• Oversee HR activities and workforce development
