Job summary

BayMark Health Services in Ohio is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site outpatient OTPs, align operations with strategic goals and ensure profitable growth. You will set direction for Treatment Center Directors and drive performance across the region.

You will supervise leaders, manage budgets, and foster improvements in patient care while complying with federal and state regulations. A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ten (10) years of relevant management experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Prior outpatient multi-site management experience with Medical Assisted Treatment settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current drug abuse and treatment information, especially opioid maintenance.
• Proven success in building high-performing operating teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to identify and develop long-term solutions.
• Proven ability to coach and manage Treatment Center Directors and Clinical Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Lead change by communicating vision and gaining staff commitment.
• Align business objectives with BayMark’s strategic goals.
• Establish yearly goals and monitor progress quarterly.
• Track progress on established success metrics.
• Oversee region’s book of business and identify market opportunities.
• Manage budgets and ensure profitability.
• Partner with National Support to drive growth and patient care quality.
• Attract, coach, and develop talent across the region.
• Mentor staff and enforce accountability through feedback and outcomes.
