Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience preferred in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Directly supervise Treatment Center Directors and develop leaders.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and company policies for quality and compliance.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional execution with priorities.
