Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site opioid treatment programs. You will oversee Treatment Center Directors, drive strategic growth, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of management experience, with travel as needed to support regional clinics. You will mentor staff and partner with national teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Prior outpatient/MAT setting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of opioid treatment landscape.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Criminal background and drug screening satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors.
• Lead change and align objectives with BayMark's goals.
• Set annual goals and monitor progress quarterly.
• Manage regional budget and resources for profitability.
• Collaborate with National Support to drive growth and patient care.
• Mentor staff and ensure accountability across the region.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and policy development.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and standards.
