Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to strategically lead our Opiate Treatment Program across multiple sites. You will drive the business plan, manage resources, and ensure profitable growth while delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role you will guide Treatment Center Directors, recruit and develop a diverse staff of nurses and counselors, and oversee daily operations. Strong financial acumen and travel readiness are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ten (10) years of relevant management experience required.
• Experience in outpatient settings with multi-site responsibility and MAT settings required.
• Strong knowledge of current drug abuse and treatment information—specifically trends in opioid maintenance treatment.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Leads change by communicating vision and gaining staff commitment.
• Aligns business objectives to BayMark’s strategic goals.
