BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize treatment centers across Ohio. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors and ensure clinical, financial, and operational success while leading growth and ensuring compliance.

This role requires strong leadership across multiple sites, experience in MAT and outpatient mental health, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support regional objectives and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field.
• 10 years of healthcare management and operations experience.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment and outpatient mental health preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsabilités

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors.
• Develop and execute regional plans to achieve financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance and improve results.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across centers.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services in the region.
• Mentor leaders and manage clinic leadership teams.
