• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Monitor budgets and optimize financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to policies while prioritizing patient care and quality.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with national executive leadership to align regional execution with priorities.
