Upperline Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Director to drive performance and growth across multiple clinics. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the P&L, and influence care delivery in a value-based care environment.

This role requires strong data-driven leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication. Expect 35–50% travel while partnering with regional leaders to execute initiatives that improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with Excel.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 35–50% and relocate for career pathing.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with regional leaders to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and manage operations and supporting teams for a new Upperline market.
• Analyze and manage P&L for the designated region and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with clinic managers and staff to understand pain points and drive performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to succeed.
• Support regional VP with operational reviews, VBC analysis, and staffing questions.
• Collaborate to solve problems and drive key specialty programs.
• Ensure smooth integration of acquired practices with Upperline policies and culture.
• Partner with regional teams on population health initiatives.
• Support and reinforce Upperline CARES values in daily work.
• Other duties as assigned
