Job summary

Snfout is seeking a highly energetic State Director to lead regional operations and expansion. This entry-level leadership role serves as the main bridge between providers, clients, and clinical teams to ensure flawless onboarding and case execution.

The position involves travel to various states twice a month and requires a hustler with ABA exposure or willingness to train, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to drive growth and compliance across territories.

Qualifications

• ABA experience preferred, but training may be provided for the right entry-level candidate.
• A hustler with a strong drive to hit targets and grow operations.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex paperwork and compliance rules.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with doctors and internal staff.
• Creative thinker who can find innovative solutions to operational roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Provider Relations: Outbound calling to doctors and referral networks to build partnerships.
• Client Intake: Managing the initial intake pipeline and guiding families through paperwork.
• Team Collaboration: Communicating with onboarding to streamline client transitions.
• Clinical Alignment: Partnering with clinical teams to ensure everyone is on top of cases.
• Strategic Growth: Developing long-term operational strategy to scale services across the territory.
• Regulatory Compliance: Overseeing compliance protocols to maintain industry standards.
