Job summary

Operant Search Partners is seeking an experienced regional operations leader in New Jersey to guide State Directors and expand regional capacity. You will translate executive initiatives into actionable plans, drive efficiency, and coach leadership across multiple functions.

The role requires a track record of building something successful from the ground up, strong analytical skills to develop dashboards, and a proactive, cross-functional approach to staffing, intake, and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years leading and managing a team.
  • Proven experience autonomously building something from start to finish.
  • History of innovation and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership, strategic guidance, and support to State Directors across an assigned region.
  • Drive regional performance through improved operational efficiency, staffing readiness, intake conversion, and service capacity.
  • Translate executive initiatives into actionable regional plans, leading new workflows and process improvements.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and build dashboards for standardized reporting.
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment across Talent Acquisition, Intake, Staffing, Clinical Operations, RCM, Credentialing, Finance, and Business Intelligence.
  • Coach and mentor State Directors to strengthen leadership, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Support expansion initiatives, including new clinic launches and resource planning.
