Job summary

VIP Medical Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead multiple clinics across a defined multi-state region. You will drive efficient operations, profitability, and clinical excellence while building and coaching high-performing teams, from front desk to sonographers.

You will partner with physicians and APPs to create a collaborative, high-trust environment, translating strategic priorities into field execution and regional performance. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare.
Strong understanding of clinic workflows and staffing models.
Proven ability to lead regional performance and P&L results.

Responsibilities

Lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region, ensuring clinics run efficiently, profitably, and with clinical excellence.
Build, coach and develop high-performing clinic teams across front desk, MAs, and sonographers.
Partner with physicians and APPs to foster a collaborative, high-trust clinical environment.
Translate strategic priorities into field execution including ramp-ups, staffing, patient engagement, and more.
Own regional performance and culture, ensuring patients and teammates feel heard, respected, and supported.
