Job summary

Cnscares is seeking a Regional Director to lead operations and delivery of home health agency services in designated markets. This role directs strategy, planning, and attainment of market goals, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

The position requires multi-state leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and extensive home healthcare background, with frequent travel across the territory to drive growth and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two (2) years of operations leadership experience in home healthcare.
• Multi-State/Regional Leadership experience required.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in home healthcare; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with business growth and development.
• Knowledge of state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides market leadership and direction for the effective management of operations and delivery of home health agency services.
• Supports strategic planning, development and attainment of market/company goals.
• Oversees staffing, census, retention, utilization and compliance in appointed region(s).
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality; ensures regulatory compliance across regions.
• Leads recruitment and retention of clinical and support staff as needed.
• Collaborates with sales to develop growth strategies and regional KPIs.
• Ensures adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation and State Operations Manual.
