Unio Health Partners seeks an Area Administrator to oversee daily operations across multiple California practices, ensuring financial performance and top-quality care. You’ll lead process improvements, manage facilities, and drive growth while maintaining HIPAA compliance and staff development.

Ideal candidates hold a business degree with 3+ years in multi-site healthcare management, strong stakeholder relations, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years directly related management experience in a specialty or multi-site setting.
• Experience in healthcare operations and multi-site leadership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of 4–6 outpatient practices with 40+ team members.
• Manage profit and loss and ensure budgets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Develop improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and contain costs.
• Coordinate compliance, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop providers and staff through training and feedback.
