University Health seeks an Associate Administrator to join the senior leadership team at our Retama Community Hospital and Palo Alto Community Hospital. You will partner with the CEO to drive strategy, operational excellence, and growth, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient resource use.

This role leads service lines, engages physicians, and champions continuous improvement across departments, with a focus on throughput, performance metrics, and community health impact.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in acute care hospital operations
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive hospital strategy, operations, and performance outcomes
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care delivery
