SuperCare Health is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations in a designated region, leading 3-5 Branch Managers and driving P&L, sales, and customer service excellence. You will work with Regional HR and Directors to build succession plans and improve KPIs while safeguarding high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and collaboration across sales, operations, and HR to sustain growth and service standards in the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven managerial experience in multi-unit healthcare management.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L responsibilities.
• Track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 3-5 Branch Managers.
• Develop plans to increase customer service, revenue, and retention.
• Manage all P&L aspects within the designated area.
• Collaborate with HR and directors to implement succession plans.
• Oversee daily branch operations and enforce company policies.
• Prepare reports on area performance for senior management.
