Marathon Health is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a defined geographic region, owning P&L, labor, and expense management while driving exceptional patient experiences and client outcomes.

You will align clinical and operational teams, implement standardized systems, and foster a high-performance culture. This hands-on leadership role spans multiple sites with a focus on strategic execution and executive partnerships.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, multisite services, or similar.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams across clinical, operational, and business functions.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
• Experience with value-based healthcare or employer-sponsored health programs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own full P&L for the region, including labor, supplies, and expenses.
• Drive budget performance and maximize impact for patients and clients.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical teammates; set goals and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; monitor operations across centers.
