Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple healthcare clinic locations. You will lead a team of mobile and in-house technicians, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and respond to emergencies to support high-quality patient care.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, healthcare experience, and supervisory skills, with the ability to travel between sites and ensure all facilities meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably within healthcare environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading maintenance staff or mobile technicians.
• Experience managing multiple locations and coordinating field-based teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility operations, safety regulations, accreditation requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, invoice processing, and capital projects.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS and financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple healthcare clinic facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure proper operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, fire protection, and life safety systems.
• Coordinate repair activities to minimize disruptions to patient care.
• Supervise and develop a team of mobile maintenance technicians.
• Monitor productivity and service quality, prioritize work orders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Lead budgeting, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
