Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled initiatives across US health systems and GSK teams. You will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, clinical workflows, and care coordination, while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will collaborate with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional partners to align HIT resources with customer needs, support EHR readiness, and educate customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, physician practice, or other patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience and knowledge of EHR products, clinical decision support, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning, customer engagement, and governance considerations.
