Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. This role leads a Regional Operations team within the Health & Benefits segment, driving revenue growth, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, and eligibility for insurance licensing across all 50 states with licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 years of leadership experience
• 3 years of experience in related field
• Eligible for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states; licensing within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Grow a specified book of business (> $2M annual revenue) for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
• Retain clients and onboard new ones, renew and expand revenue
• Collaborate with H&B sales, HR Solutions, MMS, Product Management, Operations, IT and Accounting
• Support ongoing relationship/process flow and improvement efforts across regions
• Maintain carrier relationships and ensure prompt service
• Ensure team meets productivity and quality standards
• Communicate expectations and review processes to meet priorities
• Assist in establishing policies and workflow procedures
• Maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines and carrier rules
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff for advancement
• Assist management to achieve budgeted projections
