This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in Sales or Marketing, with a relevant Insurance License or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days. Base pay ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manages achievement of corporate objectives by individual product line within district responsibilities and budgeted guidelines.
• Recruits, selects and directs sales staff to meet/exceed goals; monitors forecast attainment and takes corrective action.
• Identifies potential management candidates and brings to the Zone Manager.
• Manages line item budgets.
• Projects a positive image in representing the corporation to clients and the community.
• Cultivates referrals among CPAs, enrolled agents and bookkeepers.
• Works with branch managers to set objectives and solve problems using partnership principles.
• Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission/expense reports.
• Initiates and supervises training of sales representatives in knowledge areas.
