How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a Regional Head of Marketing, North America who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of competitive marketing strategies based on regional needs. You will manage resources to develop marketing campaigns that achieve desired outcomes in the region and lead the regional marketing team.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Develop regional action plans aligned with PMI global marketing strategies that drive initiatives at the country level.
  • Support product launches and events to ensure successful market integration.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain marketing and communication plans for the region, setting clear priorities for the team.
  • Evaluate campaign and event performance, propose improvements, and share learnings across regions and functions.
  • Recommend process optimizations and assist in implementing changes.
  • Represent the region in marketing strategy sessions, including agency briefings and campaign development.
  • Support the MD with progress and status reports on marketing plans and budgets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key media in the region.
  • Communicate PMI’s regional marketing plans and campaigns to stakeholders and promote the PMI brand.
Role Qualifications:
  • Experience in North America, including Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in field marketing.
  • Ability to develop high-level marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technical, financial, and operational aspects of the organization.
  • Successful vendor management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques applicable to an organization and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
