Role Overview:

The Global Integrated Senior Marketing Manager holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's global marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, this role will spearhead the genesis and planning of creative brand ideas, ensuring they are tailored for effective execution accross the globe. This presents a substantial opportunity to imprint a lasting legacy on our journey to revolutionize the wearable industry on a global scale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Amazfit’s North America objectives, ensuring consistency across all regions and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Directors, to align global strategies with local actions, ensuring resonance across the regions.
  • Craft and refine the Marketing GamePlan and Business Planning processes, enhancing operational efficiency and best practices alignment.
  • Work closely with Product, Creative, Regional Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, partnerships, and retail activations.
  • Lead creative ideation sessions alongside cross-functional teams and external agencies, fostering innovative brand idea generation and solutions planning.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Amazfit’s marketing strategies cutting-edge and ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of product marketing experience within international creative agencies or in-house marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Sports and Tech industries.
  • Proficiency in strategic and operational marketing roles at regional and local levels.
  • Possessing a rich international experience coupled with a profound understanding of consumer culture and trends across North America countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
