Job summary

Samsung Electronics America (SEA) seeks an Executive Director to drive the Home Entertainment business across major retail accounts, overseeing TV, Audio, Monitor, and Memory categories. You will direct cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives with senior leadership to maximize revenue and optimize promotions.

In this senior role, you will mentor future leaders, collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience, and report up to regional executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
• 18–20 years Consumer Electronics industry experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieving annual revenue targets across TV, Audio, Monitor, and Memory categories.
• Negotiating and managing significant annual programs to drive business growth.
• Overseeing the finance team responsible for managing all claims and post-audit negotiations with key retail partners.
• Providing strategic feedback to Product Management and internal teams regarding business trends, SKU placements, promotional strategies, and organizational changes.
• Communicating strategies at the C-suite level, both internally and externally, including direct engagement with senior retail leadership.
• Motivating and developing future leaders within the organization across key account teams.
• Directing and influencing cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience, aligned to the key accounts.
• Leading all top-to-top meetings and collaborating with cross-category teams to develop cohesive strategies across all product lines.
