L'Oréal USA seeks a Regional Educator for Redken in Naperville, IL. You will lead education initiatives, support salons, and collaborate on partnerships to grow market presence. Travel up to 50% is required to conduct classes and events.

Ideal candidates are licensed cosmetologists with strong technical skills and excellent communication, able to adapt to varied learning styles and drive sales through education and training.

Qualifications

• Current licensed cosmetologist with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• High School graduate; college graduates a plus.
• Superior technical hairdressing skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication; adaptable to different learning styles.
• Ability to support sales targets through education and training.
• Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 50%).
• Must live within the designated geographical territory: within 40-mile radius of St Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Execute Education Initiatives: conduct regional classes and shows, mapping education to brand objectives, minimum of 28 classes per month.
• Support Sales: assist sales reps by promoting education-driven launches and sales efforts.
• Partnership Activities: seek new partnerships and prospective salons to expand brand reach.
• Market Share Growth: deliver engaging education to grow market share in existing accounts.
• Adult Learning Environment: create an effective learning space using brand methodologies and innovative teaching tools.
