Job summary

L'Oréal USA in Seattle, WA seeks a Regional Educator to deliver comprehensive brand education and support sales initiatives across the region. You will lead classes, participate in shows, and grow salon partnerships with a focus on adult learning and engaging teaching methods.

Ideal candidates are licensed cosmetologists with 5+ years in the industry, with strong communication, training aptitude, and willingness to travel extensively to conduct classes and events.

Qualifications

Licensed cosmetologist with at least 5 years of industry experience.
Strong verbal and written communication and adaptable teaching style.
Experience in education, training and supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Deliver education initiatives and lead regional classes (minimum 28 per month).
Support sales teams to execute education initiatives and launches.
Identify partnerships and expand salon reach with education programs.
Drive market share growth through engaging education experiences.
Create an effective adult learning environment using brand methods.
