Qualifications

• Current licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years industry experience.
• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Superior technical hairdressing skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication; adaptable to different learning styles.
• Demonstrated passion for education, training and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute Education Initiatives: conduct regional classes and shows, minimum 28 classes per month.
• Support Sales: collaborate with sales teams to ensure education initiatives and launches succeed.
• Engage in Partnership Activities: pursue partnerships with salons to expand brand presence.
• Grow Market Share: enhance education experiences to boost loyalty and advocacy.
• Create an effective adult learning environment using the brand's methodology.
