Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. seeks a Regional Educator for Redken to lead education initiatives across the territory from a field remote base. You will deliver engaging brand education, partner with sales and salon teams, and coordinate cross-channel programs that drive growth and visibility.

The role requires cosmetology licensure, 3+ years of beauty-brand education experience, and strong storytelling and presentation skills. Travel within roughly 150 miles is expected to support key accounts.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Minimum 3 years of educator experience for a professional beauty brand.
• Proven track record of developing education programs across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel within approximately 150 miles from the assigned home base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education experiences as the brand ambassador for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with sales, salon partners, and stakeholders to drive education initiatives.
• Execute online and offline education classes and events within the territory.
• Partner with SAMs, SBPs, and community managers to expand brand reach.
