Job summary

L’Oréal Professional Products Division in Seattle is seeking a Regional Educator to lead brand education initiatives, support sales, and grow salon partnerships within the region.

You will conduct classes, participate in shows, and travel up to 50% to deliver engaging adult-learning experiences, using the brand's learning methodology. A licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years' experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensed cosmetologist with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work within a 40-mile radius of St. Louis, MO and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate education classes and regional initiatives across the assigned region.
• Conduct regional classes, shows and events; minimum 28 classes per month.
• Support sales by ensuring effective education execution for salons.
• Identify and establish partnerships with key salons to expand reach.
• Drive market share growth through exceptional education experiences.
• Create an engaging adult-learning environment using the brand's methodology.
