Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Regional Educator in Naperville, IL, to lead education initiatives for Redken within the Professional Products Division. You will support sales and partner with salons, conducting education sessions and shows to broaden brand reach and market share in the region.

The role requires a licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years in the industry, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Base location is Naperville, covering the St.

Qualifications

• Current licensed cosmetologist with minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Demonstrated passion for education, training and sales support.
• Ability to manage budgets for field training activity and T&E.

Responsibilities

• Execute Education Initiatives: deliver education classes and regional programs (minimum 28 classes per month).
• Support Sales: work with sales team to ensure successful education execution for salons.
• Partnership Activities: pursue new partnerships and prospect salons in the region.
• Grow Market Share: enhance education experiences to drive loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Create an engaging adult learning environment using brand education methodology.
