Job summary

Savers is seeking a Regional Area Development Manager to lead FUNDrive program growth across markets. You will develop partnerships, guide ADM teams, and drive regional supply chain results with a strong emphasis on relationships and market analytics.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/management, with 2–3 years in regional multi-unit leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Power BI and CRM experience are favored. Remote work in US with occasional travel and regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher education a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience.
• 2-3 years in regional multi-unit leadership or similar role.
• Proficient in Office 365, CRM and Power BI.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional FUNDrive strategy across market levels.
• Grow merchandise supply and manage partnerships with nonprofit partners.
• Lead ADM team development and drive key metrics (cost of goods, market metrics, customer satisfaction).
• Collaborate with field operations, regional managers and marketing teams.
• Provide content for social media and newsletters.
