Job summary

Savers, Inc. is seeking a Market Associate to join our remote team operating CST or EST hours. You will procure high-yield, gently used goods for Savers’ FUNDrive supply channel by generating leads from nonprofits and building lasting relationships.

You’ll manage your own book of business, work from home, and represent the Savers brand at community events. Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to meet SLA guidelines while driving lead

Qualifications

• Ability to discover opportunities and develop a sales pipeline through various social and professional networking methods
• Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous
• A desire to sell and represent the Savers brand
• Experience with Power Point and giving presentations
• Ability to talk to multiple levels of an organization
• Self-starter, solutions focused mindset
• Working knowledge of sales management technology systems such as CRM/Salesforce
• Proven ability to achieve goals, analyze reports and drive results through data
• Excellent time management, project coordination and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Procures high yield, gently used goods for Savers’ supply channel through the FUNDrive program.
• Generates leads from nonprofits through events, social media, referrals.
• Maintains book of business and leads within SLA guidelines.
• Represents Savers brand at community events and presentations.
• Builds relationships with Sourcing partners and local stores to coordinate delivery of FUNDrive results.
• Uses FUNDrive tech platform (CRM) and analyzes reports to drive results.
• Meets or exceeds lead conversion, yield, and growth targets.
