Job summary

Savers, Inc. is seeking a FUNDrive Area Supply Development Manager to expand merchandise supply via the FUNDrive program across Central and Eastern Time zones. This remote role reports to the Regional ADM and builds partnerships with nonprofit organizations to meet supply goals.

You will lead generation, manage Market Associates, collaborate with store teams and operations, and present with credibility in negotiations. A strong sales background and Power BI/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in sales and team management.
• Proficient in Office 365, CRM and Power BI.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with nonprofit partnerships and fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow FUNDrive supply in the territory.
• Lead generation to build relationships with nonprofit organizations.
• Manage Market Associates and meet territory goals.
• Collaborate with operations, RSCM, and local nonprofits.
• Present to stakeholders with credibility and persuasion.
