Vital Records Control Companies is seeking a Regional Development Manager in the Phoenix area to lead the sales process from lead generation through closing deals. The role requires building relationships, delivering presentations, and maintaining a strong pipeline to meet quotas.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to present offerings compellingly. Expect travel and active participation in industry events to grow market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a company setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present to upper-level management and C-Suite.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Personal integrity.
• Ability to travel at a minimum of 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close net new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos and relay objection handling.
• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
• Coordinate with other sales staff to ensure quotas and standards are met, perform market research and monitor competitors.
