Job summary

BCFS is seeking a senior leader to oversee regional operations, revenues and expenditures, ensuring financial discipline and mission alignment. You will expand services, pursue contracts and gifts, and actively engage government, donors and community leaders to grow BCFS’s impact.

Leading Directors and Program Directors, you’ll foster staff development, build partnerships, and drive sustainable program growth while maintaining high governance standards in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in complex organizations.
• At least 3 years developing staff and managing teams; building partnerships.
• Experience pursuing government contracts and private fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional operations, oversee revenues/expenditures and internal controls.
• Represent BCFS as primary spokesperson and build community partnerships.
• Identify government contracts and private gifts to support programs.
• Ensure financial stewardship, program compliance and timely reporting.
• Recruit, develop and engage staff to form a high-performing team.
• Oversee regional budget development and funding diversification.
