Job summary

BCFS Health and Human Services seeks a seasoned executive to lead regional operations in Texas and nationwide. You will oversee revenues and expenditures, build community partnerships, and ensure strong financial discipline while aligning with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sociology, organizational development, public administration or social science related field.
• Master's degree preferred or may substitute for 2 years of required experience.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional operations; oversee revenues and expenditures and maintain internal controls.
• Represent BCFS publicly and build relationships with community leaders, government entities, and donors.
• Identify, cultivate and solicit government contracts and private gifts to fund programs.
• Provide staff development and build a high-performing, collaborative team; mentor regional staff.
• Develop long-term fundraising strategy and oversee regional budgeting and financial stewardship.
• Ensure policy decisions are implemented and drive process improvements for efficiency.
