Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee clinical quality, operations, and growth across multiple ABA regions. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned BCBA with strong multi-site experience and KPI management.

You will partner with executive leadership to drive excellence, mentor BCBA Supervisors, support de novo expansion, and build a supportive culture that prioritizes compassionate care and measurable outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ABA experience with progressive leadership growth.
• Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-state ABA operations.
• Background in OBM and KPI management is strongly preferred.
• Experience with center-based and in-home ABA service models.
• Proven success leading teams and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional clinical teams including BCBA Supervisors and CDs.
• Oversee regional KPIs: utilization, supervision productivity, client growth, retention.
• Drive clinical quality initiatives and ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
• Support de novo expansion, new center launches, and regional growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve operations and outcomes.
• Develop systems and processes to optimize regional performance.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and funding requirements.
• Maintain relationships with payors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead training initiatives and leadership development programs.
