Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) seeks a Director, Foundation Partnerships to manage a national portfolio of foundation partners and prospects, driving revenue growth and sustainable partnerships.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Foundation Relations, you will steward partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and identify new funding opportunities to advance BGCA's mission nationwide.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have seven+ years in foundation relations, fundraising, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience managing complex external relationships with grants, budgets, proposals, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive proposals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage a national portfolio of foundation partners, including renewals and growth.
• Lead prospect qualification, cultivation, and grant-related activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute stewardship plans to deepen engagement and impact.
• Coordinate with executives to deliver proposals, reports, and activations.
• Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and track KPIs with CRM tools.
