Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a Regional General Manager in Dallas to lead sales and operations across the region. You will direct Area Directors, drive growth, and ensure adherence to our standards while modeling the company's Vision, Mission and Values.

You will oversee strategy development, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Corporate teams to achieve market targets and expand the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years in automotive aftermarket, with 4+ in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of economics and sales principles and excellent consultative selling abilities.
• Advanced planning, leadership, and resource management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to corporate offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Area Directors.
• Owns sales and operations with a 'One Team' culture in the region.
• Develop promotions, initiatives, and strategies aligned with market trends.
• Establish policies, guidelines, and training/incentive programs.
• Develop a regional client roster and pursue new business.
• Monitor market activity and advise executive leadership on objectives and actions.
• Collaborate with Product Team to implement channel and distribution programs.
• Ensure targets are achieved in each market.
• Lead programs to increase market share and target-focused results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
