Responsibilities

• Collaborate with District Managers to meet sales goals and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with Region Sales Director within the assigned region.
• Represent Lennox executives at region and district events and trainings.
• Assist in overseeing fiscal management and achieving financial goals.
• Analyze the customer base to identify major sales opportunities and trends.
• Develop and prioritize a personal development plan to enhance leadership skills.
• Gain leadership training and hands-on experience to lead a sales team.
• Mentor Territory Managers, Store Managers, and Counter Sales Associates within the region.
