Job summary

Titan Machinery seeks a strategic Region Director to lead our North region’s operations across multiple dealership locations. You will guide General Managers, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective leadership and process optimization.

In this executive role, you will oversee Equipment Sales, Parts, Service, and Rentals, while partnering with manufacturers and customers to achieve market growth and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience or military equivalent.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated leadership aligned with company core values: People, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for all regional operations.
• Direct and coach General Managers to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve objectives.
• Monitor monthly performance metrics and close gaps with action plans.
• Collaborate with General Managers using CRM to improve sales effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Lead annual budget planning and financial performance for the Region.
• Drive organic growth and support acquisition integration.
