First Onsite Property Restoration seeks a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive regional growth across multiple states. You will own regional marketing plans, collaborate with 20+ business developers and regional teams, and align local campaigns with brand standards and global resources.

You will manage regional campaigns, events, and enabling tools, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to impact revenue and market presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, communications, event coordination or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or geographically distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with sales priorities and regional growth goals.
• Localize national campaigns for regional execution while maintaining consistent messaging.
• Create region-specific materials using Canva, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Office; support regional events and promotions.
• Manage regional email campaigns, social media, branch pages, and digital initiatives including SEO and event promotion.
• Coordinate regional CE programs, regional trade shows, and industry events end-to-end.
• Measure and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness.
• Represent the company at regional events and support sponsorships and partnerships.
